Description

A project controller provides advice on project management tools, coordination of project activities, and administrative services, such as controlling documents and collecting actual results. When a project controller is provided through an official body, the project controller may also serve as a repository for lessons learned and a central source of expertise in specialist support tools. The project controller is responsible for the project-specific performance of support functions.
