The white paper is an executive overview of the method. It serves
several purposes:
- Documents the goals, objectives, business imperative, and challenges for creating a method
- Identifies the method's key features, benefits, and approach
- Outlines the method's approach and structure
- Includes high-level information about the phases and modules
- Defines the deployment and support challenges for the method
