    time.

  • Threads represent the major streams of work performed
    throughout a project.

Phase identifier

The identifier for a phase is a number. For example:

  • 1 Plan and Analyze
  • 2 Design
  • 3 Build
  • 4 Deliver
  • 5 Operate

Thread identifier

The identifier for a phase is two letters. For example:

  • PM Project Management
  • SO Strategy and Operations
  • VL Value
  • PE People
  • IT Information Technology
  • SC Security and Controls
