Modules

At the intersection of each phase and thread are modules. A module is a work package of related tasks. Some example modules are:

• Manage Costs/Financial (Project Management)
• Develop Business Case (Value)
• Assess Customer Needs (Strategy and Operations)
• Design Technical Architecture (Technology)
• Implement Production Application Security (Security and Controls)
• Deliver Ongoing Communications (People)

Module identifier

The identifier for a module includes the phase and thread in which the module is found, as well as the module number. For example:
