Task
Each task describes how to create
a particular deliverable or achieve a particular outcome. For example,
tasks in the "Develop Business Case" module include:
1. Determine Business Case Criteria
2. Determine Business Case Costs
3. Determine Business Case Benefits
4. Perform Business Case Financial Analysis
5. Develop Business Case Recommendations
6. Prepare Business Case Executive Report
7. Select Preferred Investment Alternative
Each task also contains relationships to tools and detailed procedures
for further assistance, as well as the roles of the team members needed
to create the deliverable.
Task identifier
The identifier for a module includes the phase, thread, and module in which the task is found, as well as the task number. For example: SO.1.3.2 Collect Benchmarks and Best Practices
