Who should use the e-TELCO FRAMEWORK?

The framework should be used by practitioners on multi-disciplinary and cross-functional system integration projects to:

· Extract information to gain a head start in planning and executing projects
· Add/modify information in the e-Telco Framework. Only deliverables that enhance the value of the framework will be added. One of the key benefits of this framework is that it is a concise and relevant. Adding additional solutions with similar content that does not add value will cause practitioners to spend unnecessary time reviewing information of little additional value
